Only one of Orange's 12 recorded property transfers carries a sale price so far this period
Orange recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one deed, the Aug. 31 sale of 410 Holtshire Rd. to TD Bank NA, carried a sale price so far: $100,000. That figure stands as the only price point available for the period, so a full range and median can't yet be calculated across the batch. Wheeler Avenue was the lone street with more than one transfer (two), while a Lois Street deed moved property within the same family. Seven of the 12 transfers involved a bank, credit union, mortgage company, LLC, utility company or housing authority as a party. With price data covering just one of 12 deeds, overall market tone for the period remains unclear.
