Orange records 16 property transfers in past month, prices range from $10,500 to $228,000
Orange recorded 16 property transfers from Aug. 7 to Sept. 5. Six of the 16 deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $10,500 to $228,000, with a median of $60,000. The month's top recorded sale was 211 Dana Rd at $228,000, sold to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Ten of the 16 transfers, including sales involving the Orange Town Treasurer, HUD and Workers Federal Credit Union, carried no disclosed price. No street had more than one recorded sale, and deed records did not include property size or type.
