The month's top recorded sale was 211 Dana Rd at $228,000, sold to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Ten of the 16 transfers, including sales involving the Orange Town Treasurer, HUD and Workers Federal Credit Union, carried no price recorded yet. No street had more than one recorded sale, and deed records did not include property size or type.
