The top recorded sales were 76 Harrison Ave. and 65 Prentiss St., which each sold for $100,000, both to a bank or credit union. Nine of the 12 recorded deeds, including transfers involving mortgage servicers and the Orange Town Treasurer, carried no price recorded yet. With most transactions unpriced, the available data does not support a clear read on overall market direction this period.
