Orange sees 14 deed transfers in September, but most sale prices still pending

Orange recorded 14 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, though only five carried a sale price at recording time, ranging from $12,320 to $260,000 with a median of $81,828. The period's top recorded transaction was 435 E Main St. at $260,000, sold by Mary A. Malo and Michele Lopes. Nine of the 14 transfers had no price available yet, consistent with the registry's typical reporting lag rather than nondisclosure. A bank, mortgage servicer or credit union appeared as a buyer or seller in seven of the 14 transfers, and three others were trust or estate transfers within the same family.
