Several other transfers involved banks, credit unions or the town treasurer as sellers, including TD Bank, PNC Mortgage and Workers Federal Credit Union. With seven of 11 deeds still awaiting posted prices, a lag typical for registry data, the overall tone of September's Orange market remains difficult to characterize beyond the raw transaction count.
