Orange Home Sales Span $350,000 Price Range in Late Summer Filings
The Franklin County Registry of Deeds recorded 10 property transfers in Orange between July 17 and Aug. 15. Of those, five disclosed a sale price, ranging from $165,000 to $515,000, with a median of $290,000; the other five did not list a price, which is common in deed filings. The month's top sale was 15 Tully Rd. at $515,000, transferred from Mountain Living Trust to Stephen and Kimberly Lamontagne. Howe Street and Main Street each saw two recorded deeds at the same address. Several transfers named mortgage lenders, a credit union or government entities as grantee rather than an individual buyer, and the data does not support characterizing the period as a buyer's or seller's market.
