Orange recorded 15 property transfers in October, but only one, the $50,000 sale of 218 South Main St. to Greenfield Cooperative Bank, has posted a sale price in the registry's data so far. That single transaction currently sets the month's price range and median at $50,000, though prices for the other 14 transfers are expected to appear within the registry's typical lag of about a week. Ten of the 15 transfers involved a bank, credit union or mortgage servicer as grantor or grantee, a notably high share. Two more were nominal-consideration transfers within families. With pricing data this limited, the month's market tone cannot yet be characterized beyond transaction volume.
