That transaction, in which Brian and Alexis Pfeifle transferred the property to Digital Federal Credit Union and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., was the month's only priced sale and its de facto high and low. Main Street's four segments accounted for the most recorded activity on any single road. Several other deeds involved lenders or same-family transfers; with prices not yet recorded for 11 of 12 transactions, overall market tone cannot be assessed from this data.
